We offer our clients a sick employee check up service. This is a service that we started offering after the change in the Health Insurance Act. According to this act, the employer pays for the first 14 days of sick leave. This service is therefore very advantageous for employers.
The control activity is carried out with regard to the privacy of the employee, according to the conditions set by the law, imposed for the control of those unable to work. Checks are carried out in such a way that they do not have the character of harassment.
The inspection officer will arrive at the selected time at the address of the sick employee's residence, and will present himself with a service card and the client's power of attorney authorizing the inspection.
In case the sick employee is not available the inspection worker will wait 30 minutes and after the specified time will carry out the inspection repeatedly. If the sick employee is not caught even on the second attempt, the inspector will make a record of the inspection himself and leave a copy of the record in the sick employee's mailbox.
